Mary Flache -

Lead Instructor, CSCHC, CPT, PMA Comprehensive certified - Peak Pilates


Mary is an exceptional Pilates instructor. She has a wealth of experience, a friendly, relaxed demeanor, and truly cares for others. She has served as a physical therapy tech and cardiac rehabilitation tech, group Pilates reformer instructor at UT-Austin, and led personal physical therapy sessions at Seton Spine. She really enjoys ladies' care, core and pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and post-pregnancy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and she runs some pumping group classes too! Mary studied Kinesiology at Texas State, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is comprehensive Peak Pilates certified, and leads our personal training and Relax Your Back programs.

Victoria Threadgould

Pilates Instructor, PMA Comprehensive certified - Redbird Pilates


Victoria is a wonderful Pilates instructor! She is inspiring, fit, caring, and thorough with her classes. Her private equipment sessions, and small-group training, focus on individual clients’ needs and goals; working with pregnant/post-natal women, injured/rehab clients, young adults to seniors with scoliosis and spondylolysis (she herself has spondylolisthesis), as well as recreational and high performing athletes, including runners, triathletes and equestrians.
